Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Project Scope - FrostOriginal provides UI/UX design commissions for Roblox and related platforms. - Each project scope is agreed upon before work begins, including deliverables, timelines, and revision tiers. - Ownership of the final UI/UX deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. - FrostOriginal retains creator rights to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials. (Unless the work is unreleased and had to be kept secret/ presence of NDA)

2. Payments - A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any commission. - Upfront payments are non-refundable unless FrostOriginal fails to deliver the agreed scope. - In cases deemed unreasonable (e.g., client changes outside agreed scope), upfronts remain non-refundable. - Remaining 50% is due upon completion and approval of the final deliverables.

3. Communication - Communication must be clear and professional, conducted through DMs, group chats, or other agreed environments. - Clients are encouraged to provide sketches or layout references to guide the design process. - If sketches are not provided, the layout and design direction must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

4. Revisions - Revisions are provided based on the tier/package selected by the client. - Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included. - Major redesigns (e.g., changing the entire frame after completion) incur a redesign fee equal to the full frame’s cost, negotiable via direct messages.

5. Ownership & Rights - Clients receive full usage rights for the commissioned UI/UX upon final payment. - Source files are NOT given out normally, must be agreed on before the commission. - FrostOriginal remains the original creator and reserves the right to: - Display the work in personal portfolio and promotional materials. - Reference the project in professional contexts.

6. Commission Tracker - Clients can track their commission status via the FrostOriginal tracker using their reference ID. - Status stages: Pending → WIP → Reviewing → Pending Payment. - Queue system: - Normal Queue (#): Position in FrostOriginal’s normal active workflow. - Priority Queue (#): Position in FrostOrigina's VIP active workflow.

7. Agreement By commissioning FrostOriginal, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. Any disputes or clarifications will be handled through direct communication.
